Steve Moore says DOD is run well? Come on, it is a typical poorly run, highly inefficient government organization which spends vast piles of cash on inefficient procurement and wasteful operations. They are behind the curve on understanding the threats we face and on the strategies to defend ourselves. That they are able to defend us really just means that if you dump enough cash into anything you can paint over most of the cracks. I respect them immensely and am proud of my combat service, but well run? Wow. Peter
