The Conversation

Why is it that wines from Argentina are suddenly hot, while those from Australia are losers? We'll try to gauge the fickle winds of the wine industry on today's Kojo show, and we want to know what you think about trends in the wine world. Do you pay attention to what friends or wine critics have to say about wines? How do you choose what you drink?

Our regular wine experts, Paul Lukacs and Michael Franz, will discuss which wines are hot, which are not, and which are unexplored gems starting at about 1:30 p.m. today.

My father-in-law once temporarily lost his vision after a bad night with Ripple in college! That stuff will definitely turn your head around... :)

They pack a punch and they are cheap so a good value for the money. To impres a date, may I recommend Boones Farm, cheap and gets em drunk quick, plus the fruity tannons add an air of class.
