Cats and H1N1

Now that it's known cats can get H1N1, does this mean that if I get sacked by the flu I can't even sack in with the cats without endangering their furry little healths? Practically the only useful thing they do (I keep them around for their other virtues) is rally around when I'm sick, so I'd hate to give that up.
