Respectfully, I would point out that you're making an argument in *favor* of prosecuting the Nazis via secret military commissions.

ibc different time nad different situation. The Nazis were part of a government that was removed from power. To quote former Senator Santorum (talking about homosexuality), its not like man on dog, its a totally different thing.
